When you add a project, we crawl the specified website URL to perform AEO audits, citation checks, and content analysis. We store crawl results, audit findings, and generated reports associated with your account.

Payment Information

Payment processing is handled by our third-party payment provider. We do not store your full credit card number. We receive and store transaction IDs, plan details, and billing status.

We use collected information to:

• Provide, maintain, and improve the Service
• Process your transactions and manage your subscription
• Send transactional emails (account verification, password resets, billing receipts)
• Send product updates and feature announcements (you can opt out)
• Monitor and analyze usage trends to improve user experience

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only in the following circumstances:

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal or compliance purposes. Anonymized, aggregated data may be retained indefinitely for analytics.
